Julie’s interest in owning a storage facility began when she was the office manager for a successful storage facility in Owasso, Oklahoma. Julie spent 10 years as the office manager while studying in college. While studying, she managed all daily operations and gained first hand experience on the day-to-day storage operations. Brandon is a licensed unlimited HVAC contractor and has owned and operated his family-owned HVAC Company, Rogers County Air, successfully for 15 years. Brandon has always held an interest in storage and brings the mechanical experience to the storage operations.
